# MARK and Ghost Eggs

Swaymark turns validated creator contributions into **MARK**, a soulbound campaign point used to redeem real Ghost Egg NFTs.

During this 30-day campaign, MARK has one use only:

> **Earn MARK through approved Swaymark contributions, then spend 100 MARK to redeem one sealed Creator Egg NFT.**

A separate route allows a verified Swaymark user to mint a Direct Egg for 0.004 ETH on Robinhood Chain without first earning MARK.

### Two separate Egg allocations

| Allocation | Access route | Included in $20K creator rewards | January creator buyback |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------- | ---------------------------------- |
| Creator Reward Pool | Spend 100 MARK earned through validated contributions | Yes | Eligible under the published terms |
| Direct Mint Pool | Mint for 0.004 ETH on Robinhood Chain through a verified Swaymark account | No | Not eligible |

Both routes produce real sealed Ghost Egg NFTs. There are no empty Eggs. The inventories, stage quantities, odds, and supply caps are disclosed separately.

Direct Eggs may still be held, used for Premium, used in eligible lineage mechanics, or listed through the marketplace after reveal. Their exclusion applies only to the January Creator Reward buyback.

### Independent campaign routes

```
The 0.004 ETH Direct mint route branches before creator contribution. A user does not need to earn MARK before using the Direct Mint Pool.
### What MARK is
* MARK is soulbound and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or moved between ordinary wallets.
* MARK is earned only from validated Swaymark activity under the published campaign rules.
* MARK is normally credited on the day after contribution validation.
* MARK has no cash redemption, guaranteed market price, or right to receive ETH.
* MARK is spent when a Creator Egg is successfully redeemed.
* During this campaign, MARK has no use other than Creator Egg redemption.
The account and recovery experience should support ordinary Web2 creators without turning MARK into an open-market asset.
### Daily earning and fastest redemption
The maximum award is **50 MARK per validated creator per day**.
> **50 MARK is the maximum daily award. Therefore, the fastest possible path to a Creator Egg is two awarded days. Awards remain subject to contribution quality and the fixed daily campaign pool.**
The 50-MARK maximum is not guaranteed to every participant or every good submission. A small creator can still receive the maximum because scoring measures contribution quality and engagement relative to audience size rather than raw follower count.
### Thirty-day MARK capacity
Let **N** be the fixed number of Eggs in the Creator Reward Pool.
| Parameter                         | Formula            |
| --------------------------------- | ------------------ |
| Total Creator Egg capacity        | N Eggs             |
| Maximum campaign MARK issuance    | 100 × N MARK       |
| Daily-distribution allocation     | 90% of total MARK  |
| Completion and correction reserve | 10 × N MARK        |
| Daily MARK pool across 30 days    | 3 × N MARK per day |
Every issued MARK must remain backed by a Creator Egg. Cifer must not issue more MARK than the remaining Creator Reward Pool can honor.
The 10% reserve is used only for validated final-week completion awards, delayed reviews, corrections, and approved disputes. It is not an undisclosed bonus pool.
### Fair daily distribution
The fixed daily MARK pool is divided using validated contribution scores.
Scoring rewards:
* Compliance with the campaign brief.
* Originality, usefulness, and execution quality.
* Engagement relative to audience size.
* Consistency and constructive community participation.
* Authentic activity rather than duplicated content, artificial engagement, or account farming.
Raw follower count does not determine the award.
### Unspent MARK
The following rules apply to campaign-end balances:
* Creators holding 50–99 MARK may complete a published final-week completion task, subject to validation and the reserved MARK capacity.
* MARK earning ends with the 30-day campaign except for approved pending reviews, corrections, disputes, and the published completion process.
* A 14-day redemption grace period begins when the campaign ends.
* Unspent MARK expires after the grace period.
* Expired MARK cannot be redeemed, transferred, converted to ETH, or carried into another campaign.
These rules are published before the first MARK is issued so the Creator Egg reserve can be calculated correctly.
### Creator Reward Pool
The Creator Reward Pool contains exactly **$20,000 of product-reference utility**, calculated from the current Premium reference values of the underlying characters.
Only MARK-funded Creator Eggs are part of this advertised reward allocation.
Before the campaign begins, Cifer publishes:
* Number of Creator Eggs.
* Alpha, Omega, Wisp, and Fantom quantities.
* Total campaign MARK capacity.
* Daily MARK allocation.
* Stage odds.
* Assignment and reveal method.
* Treatment of unclaimed Creator Eggs.
### Direct Mint Pool
The Direct Mint Pool is a separate capped allocation deployed on Robinhood Chain. The 0.004 ETH mint price is ETH-denominated; its USD equivalent can change. The interface displays estimated network fees separately.
* One Direct Egg costs **0.004 ETH on Robinhood Chain**.
* A verified Swaymark account is required.
* No creator contribution or MARK balance is required.
* The supply cap, per-account limit, stage quantities, and odds are published before opening.
* Direct activity cannot consume Creator Eggs or capacity backing outstanding MARK.
* Direct Eggs are not included in the $20,000 creator reward allocation.
* Direct Eggs are not eligible for the January creator buyback.
### Sealed reveal
An Egg is a sealed distribution state, not a fifth character species.
Each Creator Egg and Direct Egg reveals one of four character stages:
* Alpha founder.
* Omega founder.
* Wisp with recorded Alpha/Omega parents.
* Fantom with ten recorded Wisp contributors.
The two allocations may reveal during the same event, but each retains its own committed inventory, quantities, and odds. Cifer cannot move characters between pools after seeing creators, buyers, wallets, scores, or demand.
All revealed characters retain the canonical utility:
| Revealed stage | Premium utility when consumed |
| -------------- | ----------------------------- |
| Alpha or Omega | Lifetime Premium              |
| Wisp           | Monthly Premium               |
| Fantom         | Yearly Premium                |
Visual rarity remains collectible scarcity only. It does not change Premium utility, MARK earning, or guaranteed financial value.
### January creator buyback
The voluntary January buyback applies only to eligible NFTs revealed from **MARK-funded Creator Eggs**.
Cifer plans to open the window early enough for every accepted creator-buyback transaction to be completed no later than **31 January 2027**.
* Eligible Creator Eggs may reveal Alpha, Omega, Wisp, or Fantom.
* Direct Eggs minted for 0.004 ETH are excluded.
* Participation is voluntary.
* The character must remain identifiable as Creator-Reward origin, unconsumed, unburned, unlocked, and otherwise eligible.
* The offer method, price or pricing formula, settlement asset, submission deadline, funding, and claim procedure will be published before the window opens.
* A holder may keep, use, pair, converge, redeem, or list the character instead.
Until the final terms and funding are published, this remains a planned program rather than a guaranteed market floor, guaranteed return, or promise to purchase at a holder-selected price.
> **Earn it. Hatch it. Hold it. Use it. List it. Or submit an eligible Creator Egg character to the January buyback.**
## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.
Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:
```
GET https://cifer.gitbook.io/cifer-docs/ghost-economy/mark-and-ghost-eggs.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```
`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.
Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
