# Rollout, risks, and metrics

### Confirmed subscription tiers

| Tier          | Price | Character route                        |
| ------------- | ----: | -------------------------------------- |
| Monthly       | $4.99 | Consume 1 Wisp                         |
| Yearly        |   $49 | Consume 1 Fantom created from 10 Wisps |
| Lifetime Pass |  $499 | Consume 1 original Alpha or Omega      |

### Confirmed campaign structure

The earning campaign lasts **30 days** and uses two separate, capped inventories:

| Pool | Mint or redemption route | Access | $20,000 creator allocation | January creator buyback |
| ------------------- | -----------------------------------: | ------------------------------------------- | -------------------------- | ------------------------------ |
| Creator Reward Pool | 100 MARK per Egg | Validated creator contributions | Included | Eligible under published terms |
| Direct Mint Pool | 0.004 ETH per Egg on Robinhood Chain | Verified Swaymark account; no MARK required | Excluded | Not eligible |

Every successful Creator Egg redemption or Direct Egg mint produces one real sealed Ghost Egg NFT, and every Egg reveals an Alpha, Omega, Wisp, or Fantom. There are no empty Eggs. Each pool publishes its own character quantities, stage odds, sealed commitment, and remaining inventory.

The **$20,000** figure is the total product-reference utility assigned to the Creator Reward Pool only, calculated from the current Premium references: Alpha/Omega $499, Wisp $4.99, and Fantom $49. Direct Egg sales are separate and do not count toward that figure.

If **N** is the fixed number of Creator Reward Eggs:

* Maximum campaign MARK issuance = **100 × N**.
* Daily earning allocation = **3 × N MARK** for each of the 30 campaign days.
* Total daily allocation = **90 × N MARK**, or 90% of maximum issuance.
* Completion and correction reserve = **10 × N MARK**, or 10%.
* The individual maximum remains **50 MARK per validated creator per day**.

Therefore, the fastest possible path to one Creator Reward Egg is two awarded days. It is not guaranteed: awards depend on validated quality, scoring, and the remaining fixed daily pool.

Creators ending the earning period with **50–99 MARK** may be considered for a final-week completion award based on validated contribution and remaining reserve. A **14-day redemption grace period** follows the 30-day earning period. After that grace period, unspent MARK expires, cannot be redeemed, and does not carry over.

### Pool, MARK, and Egg safeguards

* Creator Reward Eggs and Direct Eggs use separate capped inventories, stage quantities, odds, and sealed commitments.
* The $20,000 product-reference utility allocation applies only to the Creator Reward Pool.
* Maximum MARK issuance is 100 × N, where N is the fixed Creator Reward Egg count.
* The fixed daily campaign pool is 3 × N MARK for 30 days; the remaining 10 × N MARK is reserved for completion awards and corrections.
* The 50-MARK figure is an individual daily maximum, not an entitlement or promise to every creator.
* Daily issuance stops before remaining Creator Reward capacity becomes insufficient.
* During this campaign, MARK has one use only: redeeming a Creator Reward Egg. It cannot be transferred, sold, converted to cash or ETH, or used for a Direct Egg.
* A verified Swaymark account may mint a Direct Egg for 0.004 ETH on Robinhood Chain without earning MARK, subject to Direct Mint Pool availability and limits.
* Direct mints cannot consume Creator Reward inventory.
* Contribution scoring is normalized so raw follower count does not exclude smaller creators.
* Points are credited only after duplicate-account, copied-content, and artificial-engagement checks.
* Stage allocation and reveal rules are committed before recipients are known.
* Creators with 50–99 MARK may receive a final-week completion award only from the remaining reserve and only after validation.
* A 14-day redemption grace period follows the 30-day earning period. Remaining MARK then expires with no carryover.

### Robinhood Chain safeguards

* All Ghost contracts and NFTs use the Robinhood Chain deployment.
* A Direct Egg costs 0.004 ETH; its USD equivalent is variable.
* The mint interface verifies the Robinhood Chain network before submission.
* The interface displays the 0.004 ETH amount, estimated gas, and total required wallet balance.
* Transactions sent on the wrong network must be rejected before signature.
* Paid marketplace transactions settle in ETH on Robinhood Chain.

### January Creator Reward buyback safeguards

* Only eligible characters originating from MARK-funded Creator Reward Eggs qualify.
* Direct Egg characters are not eligible, even though they may use the ordinary marketplace and stage-appropriate Access Auction.
* Eligible stages are Alpha, Omega, Wisp, and Fantom, provided the character remains unconsumed, unburned, unlocked, traceable to the Creator Reward Pool, and otherwise eligible.
* Cifer opens the process early enough for every accepted transaction to complete no later than **31 January 2027**.
* Participation is voluntary and does not remove a holder's other eligible options.
* Funding and operational capacity are confirmed before public activation.
* Price or pricing formula, settlement asset, opening date, submission deadline, closing date, acceptance rules, and claim procedure are published before activation.
* Marketing must distinguish origin-based eligibility from a guaranteed market floor, holder-selected price, or investment return.
* The buyback is separate from ordinary marketplace sales and the conditional Access Auction.

### Access Auction rollout

| Phase               | Scope                                                          | Exit condition                             |
| ------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| Listing access | Allow every eligible owner to create marketplace sell offers | Eligibility and settlement tests pass |
| Auction router | Compare monthly Wisp and yearly Fantom/ten-Wisp routes | Cheapest-route tests pass |
| Maximum bid control | Enforce a hard procurement cap for every auction | No execution above approved cap |
| Web2 integration | Activate Premium independently from market sourcing | No wallet required; failure-safe checkout |
| Settlement pilot | Purchase, pay, consume, and link a character to a subscription | End-to-end accounting verified |
| Public activation | Enable conditional live subscription demand | Monitoring, limits, and disclosures active |

### Access Auction safeguards

* A subscription always activates even when no NFT is purchased.
* Cifer never purchases above the configured maximum bid.
* If no eligible route clears the cap, Cifer retains the subscription revenue.
* Winning marketplace transactions retain the published 90% seller / 10% Cifer settlement.
* Locked, consumed, burned, expired, or otherwise ineligible characters cannot compete.
* Owners may list, change, or cancel offers only under the published auction timing rules.
* The exact cadence, tie-breaking, maximum-bid governance, payment-risk reserve, and disclosure policy must be finalized before activation.

### Principal risks

| Risk                                     | Primary control                                                                                          |
| ---------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| MARK over-issuance                       | Cap at 100 × N; issue 3 × N daily; preserve the 10 × N completion/correction reserve                     |
| Direct mint drains creator reserve | Separate capped pools, commitments, inventory accounting, and route-specific odds |
| Wrong chain or insufficient ETH | Network guard, balance check, explicit 0.004 ETH amount, and estimated gas before signing |
| Creator scoring favors large accounts | Normalize impact by audience size and weight originality and utility |
| Duplicate or artificial activity | Next-day validation, identity checks, content matching, and fraud review |
| Randomness manipulation | Precommitted rules, auditable entropy, sealed Egg pool, no post-recipient selection |
| Empty or invalid Egg | Reserve only lineage-valid characters; every successful Creator redemption or Direct mint yields one NFT |
| Metadata mutation | Canonical genome, on-chain commitment, permanent lineage IDs, versioned revisions |
| AI image inconsistency | AI as concept reference only; deterministic approved production pipeline |
| Failed render after irreversible action | Finalize inputs safely; do not burn until valid genome commitment; retry same genome |
| Hidden art replacement | Preserve genome; publish new image hash and art revision with full history |
| Trait or lineage mismatch | Automated schema, origin, contributor, image, and QA validation |
| Excess Wisp supply | Fifty rooms, 60-day sessions, two outputs per room, and campaign allocation controls |
| Excess yearly entitlements | Burn ten Wisps and cap Fantom convergence |
| Recursive-supply growth | Fantom reproduction disabled until cooldown, cycles, caps, fees, and inheritance are fixed |
| Lifetime obligation growth | Lifetime access only through the fixed 1,000-founder Alpha/Omega supply |
| Shared-pair dispute | Equal allocation fixed before the 60-day lock; no normal early exit |
| Reserve dilution | Public reserve wallets, campaign allocation, and batch disclosures |
| Subscription cannibalization | Fees, issuance limits, and comparison with ordinary subscriptions |
| Creator buyback underfunding or delay | Fund and test the eligible Creator Reward scope; open early enough to settle by 31 January |
| Buyback presented as guaranteed profit | Publish voluntary terms and prohibit floor, return, or appreciation claims |
| Smart-contract failure | Audit, tests, multisig, pause controls, monitored rollout |
| Misleading rarity marketing | State that visual scarcity never changes utility or guarantees value |
| Market price above Access Auction cap | Execute no auction purchase; deliver Premium and retain subscription revenue |
| Auction front-running or repricing | Escrowed offers, committed timing rules, monitoring, and auditable selection |
| Payment reversal after on-chain purchase | Channel-specific risk controls and a documented payment-risk reserve                                     |
| No eligible auction inventory | Subscription remains available without an NFT purchase |

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://cifer.gitbook.io/cifer-docs/ghost-economy/rollout-risks-and-metrics.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
