# Swaymark campaign

The proposed Swaymark campaign begins no earlier than **1 September 2026** and runs for **30 consecutive days**.

The **$20,000 of current product-reference utility applies exclusively to the Creator Reward Pool redeemed with MARK**. It does not include Direct Eggs minted for 0.004 ETH on Robinhood Chain.

The final Creator Egg count, character allocation, and exact calendar dates will be published before the campaign begins. Product-reference utility is not cash, a guaranteed token valuation, resale floor, or investment return.

### Two campaign routes

    M --> P["Spend 100 MARK"]

    U --> DE["Mint one Direct Egg NFT"]
    CE --> H["Final campaign reveal"]
    DE --> H
    H --> C["Alpha, Omega, Wisp, or Fantom"]
```
Both routes produce real sealed NFTs and there are no empty Eggs. They use separate capped inventories.
### Creator Reward Pool
The Creator Reward Pool:
* Contains exactly $20,000 of product-reference utility.
* Is redeemable only with MARK earned from validated Swaymark contributions.
* Uses the planned initial rate of 100 MARK for one Creator Egg.
* Has a fixed Egg count and precommitted stage quantities and odds.
* Is the only allocation eligible for the January creator buyback.
* Has total MARK capacity equal to the number of Creator Eggs multiplied by 100.
### MARK earning
MARK is a soulbound, non-transferable campaign point used only for Creator Egg redemption during this campaign.
* The maximum daily award is **50 MARK per validated creator**.
* The fastest possible path to a Creator Egg is two awarded days.
* Awards remain subject to quality scoring and the fixed daily campaign pool.
* A 50-MARK award is not guaranteed to every creator or every accepted contribution.
* A small creator can receive the maximum when quality and engagement are strong relative to audience size.
* MARK is normally credited on the day after validation.
* MARK cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed for cash, or converted into ETH.
### Fixed thirty-day emission
Let **N** be the number of Creator Eggs.
* Maximum campaign issuance: **100 × N MARK**.
* Daily allocation: 90% of total MARK distributed across 30 days.
* Daily MARK pool: **3 × N MARK**.
* Completion and correction reserve: **10 × N MARK**, equal to 10% of maximum issuance.
Every issued MARK must remain backed by Creator Egg capacity. The daily pool cannot create more obligations than the remaining Creator Reward Pool can honor.
### Campaign-end balances
* Creators with 50–99 MARK may use the published final-week completion process, subject to validation and the reserve.
* Approved delayed reviews, corrections, and disputes may also use the 10% reserve.
* A 14-day redemption grace period follows the 30-day earning period.
* Unspent MARK expires after the grace period and does not carry into another campaign.
### Direct Mint Pool
The Direct Mint Pool is deployed on Robinhood Chain. Its 0.004 ETH mint price is denominated in ETH rather than a fixed USD amount. The mint interface displays the network fee separately.
The Direct Mint Pool:
* Is separate from the $20,000 Creator Reward Pool.
* Allows a verified Swaymark user to mint one Direct Egg for 0.004 ETH on Robinhood Chain without earning MARK.
* Has its own fixed supply cap, per-account limit, stage quantities, and odds.
* Cannot consume inventory backing outstanding MARK.
* Is not eligible for the January creator buyback.
* Still gives holders normal character utility and marketplace access after reveal.
### Fair creator scoring
Daily MARK is distributed from the preannounced pool using validated contribution scores.
Scoring prioritizes:
* Brief compliance and product accuracy.
* Originality and useful execution.
* Engagement relative to the creator's audience.
* Consistency and constructive community participation.
* Evidence of authentic activity.
Raw follower count does not determine the result. Artificial engagement, copied content, duplicate accounts, coordinated farming, or undisclosed automation may be rejected.
### Separate sealed allocations
Both Egg allocations resolve into precommitted lineage-valid characters.
| Requirement                   | Creator Reward Pool            | Direct Mint Pool      |
| ----------------------------- | ------------------------------ | --------------------- |
| Supply cap                    | Published before campaign      | Published before sale |
| Stage quantities and odds     | Published separately           | Published separately  |
| Assignment                    | Sealed and auditable           | Sealed and auditable  |
| Recipient-dependent selection | Prohibited                     | Prohibited            |
| January creator buyback       | Eligible under published terms | Not eligible          |
Alpha and Omega come from the reviewed founder collection. Wisps record their Alpha and Omega parents. Fantoms record the ten Wisps used in convergence.
The allocations may share one reveal event, but characters cannot be moved between them after recipients or demand are known.
### Utility after reveal
| Revealed character | Premium utility when consumed | Options before consumption                                                                                                     |
| ------------------ | ----------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Alpha or Omega     | Lifetime Premium              | Hold, pair in The Attic, list; Creator Reward origin may also use the January buyback                                          |
| Wisp               | Monthly Premium               | Hold, converge, list, enter the Access Auction; Creator Reward origin may also use the January buyback                         |
| Fantom             | Yearly Premium                | Hold, list, enter the Access Auction, use future proposed reproduction; Creator Reward origin may also use the January buyback |
Direct-origin characters have the same stage utility and marketplace rights. They are excluded only from the January creator buyback.
### January creator buyback deadline
The planned voluntary buyback applies only to eligible characters revealed from MARK-funded Creator Eggs.
Cifer plans to open the window early enough for every accepted buyback transaction to be completed no later than **31 January 2027**.
* Eligible Creator Reward characters may be Alpha, Omega, Wisp, or Fantom.
* Direct Eggs minted for 0.004 ETH do not qualify.
* Holders are never required to sell.
* Characters must remain unconsumed, unburned, unlocked, and traceable to the Creator Reward Pool.
* Cifer will publish the price or pricing formula, funding, settlement asset, submission deadline, and process before the window opens.
* The buyback is separate from the conditional Access Auction and ordinary marketplace listings.
### Thirty-day campaign rhythm
| Day type                   | Primary objective                   | Example content                                                                                        |
| -------------------------- | ----------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Cifer product day          | Product understanding and sales     | Demonstration, use case, Premium benefit, architecture proof, app download, explorer evidence          |
| Swaymark participation day | Creator activation and MARK earning | Campaign task, quality example, points update, Creator Egg redemption, reveal education, creator story |
### Contribution categories
* Original product demonstrations.
* Privacy and security education.
* Tutorials and use cases.
* Product testing and constructive feedback.
* Character, inheritance, and lineage education.
* Community support and high-quality original content.
### Messaging rules
* State that the $20,000 reward allocation applies only to MARK-funded Creator Eggs.
* State that Creator and Direct Eggs use separate capped inventories and separately published odds.
* Say that 100 MARK redeems one Creator Egg and 0.004 ETH on Robinhood Chain mints one Direct Egg.
* Explain that the fastest possible MARK path is two awarded days, not a guaranteed Egg every two days.
* Say that every redeemed Egg reveals a real Alpha, Omega, Wisp, or Fantom.
* Explain that contribution quality and relative performance allow small creators to compete.
* Explain that Direct Eggs are not eligible for the January creator buyback.
* Explain that visual rarity is collectible scarcity, not stronger utility or guaranteed value.
* Say that The Attic creates two genetically related monthly Wisps.
* Say that ten recorded Wisps converge into a yearly Fantom.
* Describe Fantom reproduction only as a proposed future mechanism.
* Explain that every eligible owner can list once the marketplace is live, while ordinary sales remain buyer-dependent.
* Describe the January program as voluntary and limited to eligible Creator Reward origin.
* Do not describe the buyback as guaranteed profit, a holder-selected price, or automatic appreciation.
* Use “pairing,” not “breeding.”
### Quality and anti-abuse
* Publish eligibility, scoring, Creator Egg supply, Direct Egg supply, stage odds, daily MARK allocation, claim deadlines, reveal timing, and disqualification rules.
* Prefer originality and useful contribution over raw impressions.
* Check duplicate content, accounts, wallets, and artificial engagement.
* Apply the 50-MARK daily maximum consistently.
* Ensure every issued MARK remains backed by Creator Egg capacity.
* Enforce the final-week completion, 14-day grace, and expiry rules as published.
## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.
Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:
```
GET https://cifer.gitbook.io/cifer-docs/ghost-economy/swaymark-campaign.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```
`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.
Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
